We offer a 14‑day free trial with full access to our platform.
Trial Period
- Charges begin automatically at the end of the 14‑day trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for charges that occur after the trial period ends, except as required by law.
- If the Service fails to meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge for a review.
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused time after cancellation of a subscription, unless required by law.
Cancellations
- You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Errors & Disputes
- If we determine that you were charged in error, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Disputes regarding charges must be raised directly with us before filing any chargeback with your payment provider.
- Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
